Kevin Jones is the principal partner at Ignite Selling, Inc. and co-author of Premeditated Selling: Tools for Developing the Right Strategy for Every Opportunity. Kevin has been designing and delivering training solutions that impact people’s lives for last 18 years. Kevin’s goal is to create a learning
environment where participants can thrive and where lessons learned can be translated to the field. Kevin has worked in finance, sales, and sales training. It was in sales training that Kevin found his true passion—developing people.
Kevin lives in Asheville, NC with his wife Donna and two girls. He is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking with his family. Kevin and his wife enjoy traveling and trying unique styles of cooking.
Steve Gielda is the principal partner at Ignite Selling, Inc. and co-author of Premeditated Selling: Tools for Developing the Right Strategy for Every Opportunity. Steve has spent more than 20 years helping Fortune 1000 companies in the healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, and IT industries to improve their sales
performance. His emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships and his focus on driving business results is what sets him apart with his clients. Steve began his career in sales with Lanier Worldwide, a document management solutions company, eventually becoming a regional manager.
Steve lives in northern Virginia with his wife Sherry and their three dogs. Their only child, Kayla is married and living in Austin, TX with her husband Bruno. Steve and Sherry are avid NFL fans and are season ticket holders for the Washington Redskins. In his free time, Steve enjoys cooking, playing guitar with his band mates in Grace thru Faith, and visiting wineries with his wife.
Steve comes to Ignite Selling with 16 years of experience in the Performance Improvement, Sales Process, and Training space. During that time he has worked for some of the industries more notable providers. As a strategic and innovative business leader, Steve brings to Ignite his experience
helping align organizations to achieve sales excellence, profitability, and unparalleled business outcomes. He has engaged with many Fortune 500 companies in the healthcare, financial/professional services, technology, CPG, manufacturing, energy and insurance verticals.
Steve is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH and currently resides in Grand Rapids, MI with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching and watching his kids play sports, golfing and enjoying summer weekends at the lake with his family.
Lori is a key member of our team and within Ignite Selling her responsibilities include project management, customer support, writing and instructional design. Apart from this she also owns a proprietary Coaching and Consulting business that she has been managing for 19 years.
She has worked in the sales training space for over 25 years. Highlights of that experience include time with Xerox as a Sales Trainer, Senior Sales Training Project Manager, Manager of Alternate Channels Sales Training, and National Sales Training Manager for Xerox Printing division. Lori also spent time as Vice President of Client Services at Huthwaite, Inc.
She consults on instructional design, writing, and project management for sales training and performance improvement initiatives in her client’s organizations. She also coaches small to mid-sized service business owners to achieve their financial and business goals.
Lori lives in Colorado and in her free time loves to spend time, reading, walking her dogs, hiking and riding her horses in the mountains.
Scott has worked in the field of sales force performance improvement and sales strategy for over two decades. His industry consulting experience comprises almost every sector in the world of complex, relational, business-to-business sales, with deep experience in financial & professional services, technology, manufacturing,
oil & gas, power generation, biotechnology, medical/pharma, and supply chain logistics.
Scott began his career in sales and sales management, before moving into performance improvement. His first decade was spent working with noted sales guru, Neil Rackham, creator of SPIN® Selling.
His current work includes both traditional instructional design and program customization, and broader consulting in human performance technology, all related to sales performance improvement. As an in-demand facilitator, Scott works with clients across the globe and at every organizational level.
When not toiling away in the Ignite salt mines, he invests his quiet time reading (history and psychology) and writing. Scott resides in the Piedmont area of Virginia with his wife and their children, and they are active in their local community and with their local church.
For over 20 years Ed has partnered with international and domestic leadership teams to enhance profitability, efficiency, and productivity by implementing Organizational Development and Performance Enhancement strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
He has worked closely with executive teams to design and implement large-scale strategic change and leadership development initiatives. Ed’s areas of focus have been leadership and talent development, executive coaching, conflict resolution, resource allocation, process redesign, and performance management.
Ed’s consulting style is unique, personal and inventive. While addressing each client’s specific business challenges, he aligns himself with the client’s culture while igniting interest in exploring new perspectives and inspiring their organization to learn and grow. He has subtly woven more “out of the box” and more engaging methodologies into his work with clients for many years in the ways he designs novel collective experiences. Erik is a digital designer and programmer specializing in UI, UX and eLearning solutions. His goal is to make technology a seamless and productive member of the sales team so that profits grow in a natural and measurable way.
Erik’s BA in Advertising and Public
Relations from UCF was just the start to his career creating solutions for clients that include training videos, commercials, ecommerce, online advertising, website and integrated technology solutions.
Eduardo brings over 20 years of corporate work experience from a major medical device and pharmaceutical company in the area of sales leadership including sales training, sales management, and project management. As an Ignite Selling Facilitator, Eduardo leverages his deep domain and industry
expertise to lead customer workshops.
He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA and a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. He lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Rosie and their two daughters (Teri & Demetria).
With over a decade of dedicated to B2B selling and delivery, Daniel has a proven track record of igniting sales growth. He is a world-class communicator, able to connect and collaborate with all types of professionals – from Sellers to Leaders, from Sales to Operations and from Africa to Asia. He has
helped many of the world’s top companies in Technology, Healthcare, Financial, and Service space improve their sales effectiveness.
Some of the companies he has consulted are Google, IBM, Walgreens, Baxter, Medtronic, NASDAQ, GE, UPS, and Bloomberg. As a Facilitator, Daniel leads workshops for global Ignite Selling customers.
Daniel takes creating client value seriously, but he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He likes to have fun. He knows its life first then, business. He is a husband, father, basketball coach and Sunday school teacher. He was awarded an honorary Ph.D. in recognition of his contribution to Christian Education.
Marcelo has over three decades of experience in Human Resources, Training and Sales, and has been consulting global brands in Sales Training since last 17 years.
Marcelo facilitates in Portuguese and Spanish within all of Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia,
Mexico, Puerto Rico and Brazil) for Ignite Selling. With his core strengths in leadership development, business strategy, team building, personal effectiveness, and sales and communication skills, he excels at coaching sales and leadership programs.
Some of the companies he has consulted are Daiichi-Sankyo, Ericsson, Japan Tobacco International (JTI), GM Financial, DuPont, Gerdau, Visa, Pfizer, Grupo Tigre, Smith&Nephew, SNC-Lavalin, Unisys, Itaú-Unibanco, and Santander.
When not facilitating or coaching, he spends time playing the guitar and singing flashbacks with his band.
Jim is a principal in Ignite Selling, joining Ignite in 2011. Jim has been in sales, sales management, and leadership training for over 40 years. He is interested in helping companies drive sales and meet business objectives. Jim is particularly interested in helping sales managers improve their leadership
and coaching skills in order to more effectively improve their team’s performance.
Jim’s experience began in the pharmaceutical industry with ICI Americas, now Astra Zeneca. He transformed the way the world’s largest printer, RR Donnelley, developed their sales people as the Director of Sales Training. He worked for Huthwaite, Inc., a sales performance consulting firm, managing accounts and directing their channel sales operation. Continuing his printing industry experience he returned to Chicago with Moore and RR Donnelley, as their Chief Learning Officer. Jim was on the management team of AHIMA, The American Health Information Management Association.
Jim resides with his wife in Naperville, IL and enjoys traveling, golfing, biking, hiking and spending time with his grandkids.
