Steve Gielda is the principal partner at Ignite Selling, Inc. and co-author of Premeditated Selling: Tools for Developing the Right Strategy for Every Opportunity. Steve has spent more than 20 years supporting companies in pharma, biotech, medical device, finance, manufacturing, and distribution markets to improve the effectiveness of their sales teams.
Steve and his team have had great success in helping clients launch new products, build effective on-boarding plans, improve senior sales rep performance, and drive better sales coaching. Through his competitive sales simulations, he has been able to help his client improve the application of internal knowledge, process, and skills. His emphasis on building and maintaining strong relationships and his focus on driving business results is what sets him apart for clients.
Steve lives in Austin, TX with his wife Sherry and their three dogs. In 2018, their only child Kayla, and her husband Bruno, welcomed their first child Kaden into the world. Steve and Sherry are enjoying being new grandparents and in his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing guitar with his church praise band, and visiting wineries with his wife.

Kevin Jones is the principal partner at Ignite Selling, Inc. and co-author of Premeditated Selling: Tools for Developing the Right Strategy for Every Opportunity. Kevin has been designing and delivering training solutions that impact people’s lives for 20 years. Kevin creates learning environments where participants can thrive and lessons can be translated to the field.
Kevin has worked in finance, sales, and sales training. It was in sales training that Kevin found his true passion—developing people.
Kevin lives in Asheville, NC with his wife Donna and two girls. He is an avid golfer and enjoys hiking with his family. Kevin and his wife enjoy traveling and trying unique styles of cooking.

Denise LaStoria is the founder and Managing Partner of Training Advantages, LLC. She brings over 20 years of sales, marketing, and training experience. Her services include sales training facilitation, keynotes, consulting on project management, new product launches, and development of customer training tools.
She brings expertise in presentation and messaging skills training, expert-level negotiations, DISC, complex B2B selling methodology, and coaching, sales process and buyer journey design, deal and funnel management coaching, account management, and leadership development.
She has worked with various industries including pharmaceutical, consulting, finance, insurance, and semiconductor, among others.
Denise lives in Bradenton, FL with her husband and business partner, Joe, and Ziva, their black rescue cat. Joe and Denise are avid boaters who enjoy the Intracoastal and Gulf waters whenever the opportunity allows.

Mark E. Hilton
Mark offers a resume of 30 years working in corporate training, the last 25 years in the pharma industry, training sales reps, and account managers in over 30 countries. He uses this global industry expertise and his selling and account management training knowledge to deliver “field-tested” customer workshops, both as a content writer and facilitator.
Mark believes effective learning is about performance improvement, and he infuses that mentality in his consulting, writing, and facilitation efforts.
Mark is a graduate of Bradley University, where he received a B.A double major in Political Science and International Affairs. Mark also holds certifications in Human Performance Improvement (HPI), as well as Mark lives in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife, Mary, and his “other” kids, Odin, the family dog, and a host of guest dogs as part of Rover.com, a canine boarding service . He enjoys time with family, cooking (and eating!), reading American history, and spending time in the mountains of the western United States. He attributes this last passion to having grown up in central Illinois – perhaps the flattest area on earth!
Ignite Selling Facilitator and Strategic Coach
Paul is an international sales performance and training consultant working for the past 20 years with global clients headquartered in the US and Europe. Paul is also a Facilitator and Strategic Coach for Ignite Selling. Paul has experience in working with Fortune 1000 clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, financial, and distribution markets.
After successfully covering a New York metropolitan territory as a sales representative, Paul managed both inside and outside sales teams. His direct sales and management experience, in addition to diverse industry experience as a sales trainer, translate into learning that is real and targeted differently for sellers and leaders. The aggregate wisdom acquired over the last five years coaching first and second-line sales managers makes him particularly relevant and compelling today. Paul is a skilled facilitator in the classroom and virtual environments. He is a certified virtual trainer and has honed his online delivery skills as a facilitator and coach over the last seven years.
Paul excels at helping client managers drive the business outcomes they are striving to achieve. Paul provides feedback and instruction on the key sales and coaching behaviors that top performers need to succeed. He brings an engaging, dynamic style, and deep experience to change initiatives that clients want to replicate.

Tricia Seitz has a passion for helping others reach and exceed their potential. She is an intentional coach and facilitator who engages her clients and builds on their experiences to bring content and ideas to life and to make them relevant for each person. Her style is direct, natural, and encouraging.
Tricia is structured yet allows for flexibility to ensure that the client’s objectives are met. She loves what she does and it shows!
Tricia brings a diverse industry perspective from more than 25+ years of successful corporate sales & management experience at the Lincoln Financial Group, PageNet, Xerox, and Sales Insights. In addition, she designed and implemented behavioral change initiatives for several years with a sales and management consulting group aligned with the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
In addition to her direct sales and management experience, Tricia has 15+ years as a classroom facilitator coaching thousands of sales professionals and hundreds of sales executives from all over the world and in many different industries. Additionally, Tricia was on the front end of virtual learning and is comfortable with both training and coaching in a virtual environment.
Ignite Selling Facilitator
Eduardo brings over 20 years of corporate work experience from a major medical device and pharmaceutical company in the area of sales leadership including sales training, sales management, and project management. As an Ignite Selling Facilitator, Eduardo leverages his deep domain and industry expertise to lead customer workshops.
He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands, Redlands, CA and a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio. He lives in San Diego, CA with his wife Rosie and their two daughters (Teri & Demetria).
Lori is a key member of our team and within Ignite Selling her responsibilities include project management, customer support, writing, and instructional design. Apart from this she also owns a proprietary Coaching and Consulting business that she has been managing for 19 years.
She has worked in the sales training space for over 25 years. Highlights of that experience include time with Xerox as a Sales Trainer, Senior Sales Training Project Manager, Manager of Alternate Channels Sales Training, and National Sales Training Manager for Xerox Printing division. Lori also spent time as Vice President of Client Services at Huthwaite, Inc.
She consults on instructional design, writing, and project management for sales training and performance improvement initiatives in her client’s organizations. She also coaches small to mid-sized service business owners to achieve their financial and business goals.
Lori lives in Colorado and in her free time loves to spend time, reading, walking her dogs, hiking, and riding her horses in the mountains.
Ignite Selling Coach and Facilitator
Marcelo has over three decades of experience in Human Resources, Training and Sales, and has been consulting global brands in Sales Training for the last 17 years.
Marcelo facilitates in Portuguese and Spanish within all of Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Brazil) for Ignite Selling. With his core strengths in leadership development, business strategy, team building, personal effectiveness, and sales and communication skills, he excels at coaching sales and leadership programs.
Some of the companies he has consulted are Daiichi-Sankyo, Ericsson, Japan Tobacco International (JTI), GM Financial, DuPont, Gerdau, Visa, Pfizer, Grupo Tigre, Smith&Nephew, SNC-Lavalin, Unisys, Itaú-Unibanco, and Santander.
When not facilitating or coaching, he spends time playing the guitar and singing flashbacks with his band.

Paul Schnabel works with clients in the areas of sales performance and leadership development to help individuals and organizations create breakthrough performance. Paul designs and delivers high-impact experiential learning programs in a virtual and classroom format for a global client base.
Paul’s career includes serving as Vice President of Sales Mastery for The Real Learning Company. In that role, Paul diagnosed, developed, and implemented a variety of best-in-class learning solutions for companies such as UPS, SAP, American Express, and Genentech. Previously in his career, Paul’s roles included Regional Director, Director of Sales, and Director of Operations for several leading companies in the learning space including Achieve Global, Information Mapping, and Zenger Miller.
Paul has extensive experience in the speaking arena, including at a variety of regional and national client and industry conferences, and is a past member of the National Speakers Association. Paul is a past Arizona Public Speaking Champion for Toastmasters International and has written for many business publications.
Client Success Manager
Shelley is the Client Success Manager at Ignite Selling. She has supported high-level executives over her entire career – all with growing firms and businesses. She started her career as a high school English teacher and coach. She received her Master of Education from the University of West Georgia. Shelley has worked as a Project Manager for CEOs at United and Touchstone Coaching, and she was the Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner at a white-collar criminal defense firm in Atlanta. She is extremely organized and able to communicate, motivate and lead well. Shelley enjoys traveling with her family of 5, watching college football, reading, and playing tennis.
Digital Designer and Programmer
Erik is a digital designer and programmer specializing in UI, UX, and eLearning solutions. His goal is to make technology a seamless and productive member of the sales team so that profits grow in a natural and measurable way.
Erik’s BA in Advertising and Public Relations from UCF was just the start to his career creating solutions for clients that include training videos, commercials, e-commerce, online advertising, website, and integrated technology solutions.
