Steve has spent more than 20 years supporting companies in pharma, biotech, medical device, finance, manufacturing, and distribution markets to improve the effectiveness of their sales teams.

Steve and his team have had great success in helping clients launch new products, build effective on-boarding plans, improve senior sales rep performance, and drive better sales coaching. Through his competitive sales simulations, he has been able to help his client improve the application of internal knowledge, process, and skills.
